Theatre East participates in the MS Walk for a Cure.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING

The first annual program, New Rites Collective, was held at Innovation Diploma High School on the Louis D. Brandeis Education Campus in Manhattan. The program incorporated playwriting, dance, sculpture, Japanese Butoh, movement, Shakespeare, mask work, painting, and video and sound design along with mentoring and counseling.

After three weeks of preparation, 22 students along with 8 professional actors presented the multidisciplinary performance <em>Voices of Conflict</em>.
